Joe Marino

Co-Founder & CEO

Joe Marino didn’t set out to build another ad tech platform. His goal was to fix what wasn’t working. After more than a decade building and scaling media and advertising technology companies, Joe saw firsthand how “simplification” often meant the opposite and led to more opacity, more middlemen, and fewer wins for local sellers. 

Ribeye was born from that frustration and from Joe’s belief that local media deserves tools that respect its expertise, protect its margins, and offer full transparency about where the money goes. Known for pairing practical innovation with a deeply collaborative leadership style, Joe leads Ribeye with a clear mission: give local media control of its future, and build technology that works on their terms.

Co-Founder & COO

Ed McLoughlin spent his career at the intersection of strategy and execution, which is where big ideas either come to fruition or dissipate. With more than 25 years of experience leading marketing, media, and ad tech organizations, Ed brings the operational discipline required to turn Ribeye’s belief system into a platform that actually delivers. 

Ed led large-scale transformations across agencies and brands, modernizing systems, aligning teams, and introducing technology that drives valuable business outcomes. At Ribeye, Ed ensures the platform is not just visionary but also durable and built with precision, accountability, and an unwavering focus on performance. His philosophy is simple: fairness and transparency only matter if the infrastructure behind them holds up.

Chief Growth Officer 

Jenn Scilabro built her career championing the people who sell local media and giving them the tools, confidence, and clarity to win. With more than 30 years in media and digital transformation, she led some of the industry’s most impactful sales enablement and growth initiatives, empowering thousands of sellers and driving billions in revenue along the way. 

At Ribeye, Jenn bridges product innovation and market reality, shaping how the platform shows up (and delivers) for broadcasters, agencies, and media organizations. She believes growth doesn’t come from complexity, but from alignment between strategy and execution, technology and people, ambition and trust. Her work ensures Ribeye doesn’t just scale, but that it scales the right way while protecting its vision and values.
