Why Ribeye Exists
Local media has never been more important — or more underserved. Streaming audiences are growing. Digital demand is real. And yet the technology meant to power local advertising has failed to keep up.
Platforms built for national buyers were repackaged for local sellers, layering in cost, complexity, and opacity while quietly eroding margins. Local sellers were forced into systems that hide inventory, mark up media, and take credit for work they didn’t do.
We built Ribeye for the broadcasters, media companies, and sales organizations who know their markets, build real relationships, and still show up every day to sell local. The people who were never the priority — but should have been.
Our mission is simple: give local media full control over how their digital and CTV advertising is planned, sold, and reported — without sacrificing transparency, autonomy, or economics.
