The category recognizes platforms that maximize efficiency, transparency, and performance for media buyers.
Ribeye has been named a winner in the 2026 ADWEEK Tech Stack Awards, in the Buy-Side Programmatic Product/Platform category — recognizing the technology platforms delivering measurable business impact across advertising, media, and marketing.
We’re proud of the recognition. But we’re more interested in what it says about where the buy side is headed.
Programmatic gave buyers scale. It didn’t give them clarity.
Programmatic buying unlocked reach and efficiency. It also introduced a new set of problems that nobody solved on the way in.
Fragmentation. Buyers navigate a stack of disconnected systems, each with its own workflow, data structure, and reporting standard. Every seam is a handoff. Every handoff is time and margin.
Opacity. Black-box pricing and hidden fees make true media cost genuinely hard to calculate. Buyers often can’t see where dollars land, how inventory was sourced, or what an intermediary actually contributed.
Misalignment. Most platforms were built for national campaigns at national scale. Local and regional teams inherit tools that are too complex for the job and too rigid to reshape.
The net result is an ecosystem that optimizes for scale over clarity — which is a hard place to run a performance-driven business.
What we built instead
Ribeye’s AI-powered Revenue Acceleration and Ad Operating System consolidates planning, buying, activation, optimization, and reporting across CTV, OTT, online video, display, audio, DOOH, and walled gardens into one workflow.
One login. One workflow. One source of truth.
- Automated workflows compress campaign setup and optimization, so teams launch faster and manage more.
- Transparent economics replace black-box pricing — visibility into inventory sources, costs, and performance, so spend can be tied to measurable value.
- Self-serve activation removes the manual operational handoffs that traditionally sit between a plan and a live campaign.
- Flexible deployment supports branded and sub white-label self-serve environments, so buyers can scale client-facing media operations without adding operational layers.
And critically: Ribeye is interoperable. It connects to the systems buyers already run rather than demanding a rip-and-replace. Adoption shouldn’t require an infrastructure overhaul.
The proof: a regional independent agency
A Texas-based independent media agency came to us running the familiar setup — multiple DSPs, siloed workflows, manual processes. The goal was to scale programmatic without scaling headcount or complexity.
We implemented Ribeye’s self-serve platform and paired it with real enablement: weekly strategy sessions, workflow coaching, and hands-on guidance across audience strategy, attribution, pacing, forecasting, and optimization.
From January through April, the agency doubled both campaign impressions delivered and the number of brands supported.
Alongside that:
- Campaign management consolidated across multiple DSPs into a single workflow
- Launch complexity reduced by eliminating manual activation handoffs
- Execution scaled without incremental operations headcount
- Sharper visibility into pacing, optimization, and reporting
- Two advertiser clients operating in their own sub white-label self-serve environments
Same team. Twice the output. Better line of sight.
The bigger point
“Recognition like this reinforces what we’ve heard from customers — that they are ready for a fundamentally different operating model,” said Joe Marino, CEO and Founder of Ribeye. “Our focus remains helping broadcasters and agencies simplify operations, unlock efficiency, and be more competitive in an increasingly complex advertising ecosystem.”
Agencies, brands, and media organizations are all converging on the same conclusion: the cost of fragmentation is no longer acceptable. Not in hours. Not in margin. Not in performance.
Buyers want fewer systems, clearer numbers, and faster execution. That’s the whole thesis.
Thanks to ADWEEK — and to the customers who pushed us to build it this way.
